Tracking attendance will be programs’ most frequent use of Cityspan. Boston After School & Beyond encourages partners to input attendance on a regular basis to limit the overall time spent on the work. For programs who track attendance in a database other than Cityspan during their programming cycle, an attendance upload at the end of the program is possible.
Depending on how your program attendance is organized and collected, using one of these three methods may work better for you.
