Enrolling participants is a required step when using Cityspan, so that the database knows which youth are expected to attend during a given program schedule. This is the final step before programs are able to track daily attendance throughout a program cycle.
If you are looking to enroll your youth by session, age group, or school, try using the Participant Status Update tool to batch enroll youth participants.
